As a Board Certified Master Arborist and Registered Consulting Arborist, Lisa Smith of The Tree Resource has close to thirty years of experience in arboriculture. This includes all aspects of consulting, such as expert testimony, forensic examination, disease identification, tree specifications, risk assessment, technical consulting, and reviewing growing conditions that may improve the health and welfare of trees within an urban environment.
